아주대학교 공과대학 화학공학과 플라즈마공정응용연구실(지도교수: 김창구)에서 연구원을 모집합니다. 플라즈마공정응용연구실 (Plasma Processing & Application Lab.)은 집적회로소자 (integrated circuit devices), MEMS 소자 (microelectromechanical system devices), 그리고 광소자 (photonic devices) 등 다양한 소자들의 제조공정의 핵심공정인 증착 (deposition)이나 식각 (etching) 공정에 많이 이용되고 있는 플라즈마 (plasma) 공정 및 기술에 연구의 초점을 두고 있습니다. 현재 continuous plasma와 pulsed plasma를 발생할 수 있는4” wafer 급의 inductively coupled plasma chamber와 Langmuir probe (ESPION, Hiden), Film thicknessmeter (Spectrathick, K-Mac), gridded retarding field ion analyzer 등 다양한 분석장치를 보유하고 있고, plasma etching 및 deposition에 관련된 여러 연구를 수행하고 있습니다. 이러한 플라즈마공정응용연구실에서 일할 Post-doc, 박사과정생, 석사과정생 등의 연구원을 찾고 있습니다. 연구분야 1. Atomic Scale Plasma Etching for Nanotechnology - Digital etching with atomic level accuracy - Patterning for optoelectronics, quantum dot, quantum wire, nanostructure, etc. 2. Plasma molding over surface topography - Energy and angular distribution of ions impinging on various surface topographies 3. Plasma-Surface Interactions for Nano Devices Processing Applications - Molecular dynamics simulations for ion-solid interaction 지원자격 1.
