☑ INVITATION
On behalf of the Conference Committee, it is my great pleasure to cordially invite you to the 24th International Conference on Molecular Electronics and Devices (IC ME&D 2013), which is held on May 15-16, 2013 at KAIST, Daejeon, Korea.
The ME&D conference has been held every year since 1990, with strong research interest in the molecule-based electronics and devices by academia, research institutes, and industries. IC ME&D 2013 will consist of plenary and invited lectures as well as contributed papers, regarding both fundamental aspects and imminent applications of molecular electronics and devices with additional focus on bio-interfacing technologies.
I greatly appreciate your interest in IC ME&D 2013. I look forward to meeting you at the conference.
Warmest Regards,
Insung S. Choi
Conference Chair

☑ SCIENTIFIC PROGRAMS: The primary objective of the IC ME&D is to provide a forum for discussion on all the aspects of molecular electronics and related areas. The IC ME&D wants to promote interdisciplinary collaborations among the fields of chemistry, physics, materials science, polymer science, semiconductor technology, optics and photonics, MEMS technology, life science, and others, thereby creating more effective networking among the scientists working in these fields. In particular, this year’s IC ME&D focuses on Molecular and Biological Interfaces, and its themes are the following (but are not limited to):
Molecular Interfaces
Nanoelectronics and Molecular Electronics
Nanoscale Fabrication
Soft Lithography
Self-Assembling Systems and Nano-Characterization
Thin Film Deposition at Nanoscale
Atomic and Molecular Layer Deposition
Interfacial Phenomena and Electron Transport
Carbon-Based Materials
Biological Interfaces
Nanobionics and Nanomaterials
Biochips and Sensors
